About us

Seasoned engineers. One team, end to end.

We’re developers, system and network engineers, and QA engineers with more than 25 years of hands-on IT experience. We’ve lived through enough technology cycles to know what holds up in production and what only looks good in a demo — and that judgment goes into every architecture decision, estimate, and outage call.

Projects often stumble at the handoffs: the developers have moved on, the admins don’t know the code, and nobody sees the whole picture. We remove those handoffs. The same team designs, builds, tests, launches, and runs your systems, so the engineer answering a 3 a.m. alert already knows how it works — and one team owns the result.

Privacy Policy

Belka Tech Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use belka.tech — in short, we collect as little as possible.

What we collect. Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you enter one), and message. With each message, we also receive the language you were viewing the site in and your IP address, which we use to protect the form from spam. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. The site has no user accounts and uses no analytics or advertising cookies; it only remembers your language choice in your browser.

Why we collect it. To answer your request and discuss working together. We don’t sell your data or send marketing emails.

Who processes it. Our team is based in the Philippines. Messages from the contact form and emails you send us go directly to our own mail server. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare may process data outside your country under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it. While we handle your request and for up to two years after our last contact. Then we delete it, unless the law or a contract requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights. To access, correct, or delete your data, email [email protected]. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
